Redmond, WA - February 1st, 2007 - telSPACE and mCASH announced
today that the two companies have reached an agreement where mCASH
will utilize telSPACE's back office infrastructure it has built and
managed in conjunction with its joint venture partner and world
acclaimed IT hosting supplier Verizon Business. This joint
partnership will provide equity in mCASH to telSPACE in exchange for
such services. This partnership will allow mCASH to capitalize on
telSPACE's 10 years of network engineering and back office billing
and rating automation.
Ryan Reed, Chief Technology Officer of mCASH Holdings says,

telSPACE back office gives mCASH the advantage of supporting

This partnership also capitalizes on Verizon Business' incredible
experience in the industry as a world class hosting facility.
telSPACE utilizes Verizon Business' primary NOC (network operations
center) located near Washington DC.
