Anna Ratzsenkao has been employed with telSPACE for close to four years. She is the manager of the customer service department spends the majority of her time developing and implementing different programs which focus on customer satisfaction and customer retention. The department has maximized all forms of communication to provide flexibility for every customer, utilizing interactive chat lines, speaking to a live representative and using the automotive system for the customer on the go. Since the time of her employment she has evolved the customer service department from a 9-5 structure to a 24/7, bilingual operating staff. To keep up with the every changing needs of the cell phone business she keeps in close contact with each client and oversees all training to ensure each request is applied and carried out correctly.

Anna's responsibilities include CSR supervision, giving extensive training on multiple computer systems, creating and maintaining operational guidelines, problem solving and troubleshooting and updating all representatives on program changes per client request, to best fit the customer.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending quality time with her family, running and snowboarding in the winter. She has completed her Associates of Arts and continues to work towards finishing a bachelor's degree in Science.
