distributor, as it is the most flexible and quickest
route to market with mCASH
Prepaid cards. Under the Affiliate model,
programs can be designed that meet the specific
commissioning and incentive requirements of entire
downstream distribution models. With the Affiliate
model, organizations can create a private label brand,
selling the mCASH solution, combined with the mSPACE
functionality.

The Affiliate model allows them the ability to set their commission, or discount rate, from the ISO level down in genealogy.

Prepaid , with mSPACE. When launching a standalone solution, the Channel has the ability to set their downstream genealogy and allocate commissions or discounts accordingly. With the standalone model the Channel continues to make a residual income on all of the cardholders signed up through their dealer network, for the life of the customer. The additional benefit of becoming a Channel is the ability to market directly to downstream subscribers through the use of the
mCommunication application-which is part of mSPACE.

The mCASH

& MVNO Channel is the most robust of all the integration options as it allows each organization the ability to market their own privately labeled wireless solution combined with the mCASH
Prepaid
card and mSPACE application. In this model the Channel is able to dictate their own commissions or discounts and influence reduced churn by tying the customer into a longer term relationship though the integration of multiple services.

Clients can also utilize the mCASH 'mSPACE' data application using their existing bank / processor relationships. mSPACE can be integrated into credit card companies, processors and any bank. The mSPACE application can be customized by clients to fit the uniqueness of each individual application.

mCASH License via portal
The licensing model via portal has all of the same
options as the API version; however, mCASH provides a
turnkey web interface with all of the genealogy already
in place to support all of the backend operations. The
portal can also be used as the POS solution for dealer
locations that are not already linked in.
